The Mound Wiki is an independent, fan-made expedition journal for The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu. We cover the things a crew actually asks mid-run: what a weapon costs and when it stops firing, which enemy you fight and which you flee, how sanity lies to you, and what each contract really wants.
The game released on July 15, 2026and has already been patched twice, so the job here is mostly keeping up. Everything is written by people who play it; the prose is entirely our own, and so is every illustration on the site — we generate our own artwork rather than reproduce ACE Team's.
Where the numbers come from
Three sources, in order of authority. Official announcements first— ACE Team and Nacon's Steam posts and store pages are what we cite for patch contents, edition contents and prices. Then the game itself: Steam's own achievement list, the store listing, platform pages. Then community measurement for the things nobody publishes — enemy HP, damage multipliers, detection ranges, contract payouts.
Numbers first measured during the pre-release demo are re-checked against the live build, and we say so on the page rather than quietly restating them as current. When a patch invalidates something we published, we change the page — we don't leave the old claim standing with a new date on it. Patch 1.01 (July 21) moved the saints shop to the ox wagon, cut Crawling Canopy damage in half and added session passwords; all of that is reflected across the site rather than parked in a changelog.
What we'll tell you we don't know
Some things genuinely aren't settled ten days after release — the exact starter-versus-unlock split in the playable roster, boss HP, the full contract list. Where that's true we write that it's unconfirmed instead of guessing a number that reads authoritative. A wiki that invents specifics is worse than one that admits a gap.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, tell us and we'll fix it — ideally with how you measured it, so the correction is verifiable rather than a swap of one assertion for another. Rights holders at ACE Team or Nacon with a concern about this fan site can use the same address and we'll respond promptly.
